Dr Roy Mouawad

Dr. Roy Mouawad is the founder of LURNING, an entity that collaborates with universities and companies to deliver training and educational programs. He also worked with several universities as Quality Director, Academic Dean and Vice President.

For years, Roy has been training executives with diverse backgrounds in the areas of leadership, people management and strategic management.

His research publications have contributed to the fields of psychology, leadership, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. He received several awards and grants from sources such as the European Social Fund and the Catalan Government.

Throughout his consulting experience, Roy has collaborated with top-notch companies for the delivery of projects related to a variety of business areas such as competency assessment, training and development, organization design, job design, business process re-engineering, among others. Roy has delivered projects in a variety of countries including Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

He has participated in numerous conferences and has been invited as a guest speaker and moderator at events organized by entities such as Eduniversal and the International Accreditation Council for Business Education. Additionally, he is a Google Certified Educator and holds a certificate of Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He also holds the PRINCE2 certificate from the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom.

He is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association for Talent Development and International Society for Performance Improvement.

He speaks English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
