Dr Ryan Federo

Dr Ryan Federo is an Associate Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. He holds a Master’s and PhD in Management Sciences (Strategy and Corporate Governance) from ESADE Business School-Ramon Llull University, Barcelona, Spain. Prior to academia, he had more than a decade of professional and industry experience, including board positions in several family firms in the Philippines and Dubai-U.A.E. His research and consulting work center around strategy and corporate governance.Coming from a family business background himself, he understands the needs for proper corporate governance in family firms to ensure family legacy continuity.
